Southside Po is a recording artist on the rise whose time has been long overdue. Coming from the poverty stricken neighborhood of South Jamaica Queens in NYC, he was forced to fend for himself in a game that held no honor on the streets where there are no rules. Although he walked a very fine line, his passion for music was undeniable. Weighing the options of street life or rap life, Southside Po endured years of pain, struggle, incarceration, severed relationships and burnt bridges. Southside Po is poised to be a heavy hitting artist and has collaborated with underground and mainstream phenoms. His debut mixtape album is set to release in the near future. Through all of the chaos and pandemonium that previously painted Southside Po’s life, he manages to keep a level head and has an intense hunger to succeed. When asked what motivates him to create, Southside Po responds with a smirk: “Life is my motivation. My life, my family’s life, and anybody’s life that’s depending on me to change.”
